4 Meghalayan marathoners to compete in Bengaluru

SHILLONG: Four marathon runners from Meghalaya will compete in the upcoming Bengaluru Marathon on the October 19.
The four runners were the winners of the recently Sohra Marathon held  on July 19, 2014.
The runners are: Jomsingstar Ramseij who will be running the full marathon (42.195 kms), Tommy Shylla will be running the half marathon (21.09 kms), Kyntimon Marwein will be running the half marathon and Darishisha Iangjuh also running the half marathon. They have been sponsored by the Bengaluru Marathon Committee where they also focuss the NE to spot out young talents and give them an opportunity to compete at the national level.
