Cape Town : People protest against the Protection of Information Bill in the city of Cape Town, South Africa, Saturday, Sept 17, 2011 during a march to Parliament. Thousands of South Africans protested against the Protection of Information Bill that the African National Congress, ANC, the majority party in the South African Government want to adopt as law. The final draft of the bill is set to go before the National Assembly on Tuesday. It will then have to go to the National Council of Provinces for concurrence, before being signed into law by President Jacob Zuma.
