Body found in Ward’s Lake

SHILLONG: Police recovered the body of a 24-year-old boy from Ward’s Lake in the city on Wednesday morning.
The police said that he was missing since May 3 and his mother had filed a complaint in Laitumkhrah police station after which police started looking for him.
The police identified him from his identity card. Investigation is under way, police said.
