Shillong: Jasbir Singh of Punjabi Line, Shillong lodged a complaint that on December 4 circa 2 pm, Pala Singh and his family members assaulted his (complainant) brother viz., Satbir Singh with iron rods, etc., near Bimola Point, Shillong.
He was also threatened him with dire consequences.
