SHILLONG:  Distressed by the prolonged lock down against CIOVUD-19 pandemic, a group of children were collecting  pulses strewn over the road  in front of a stockist’s  godown in the city on Wednesday . The kids said that they would  clean dal with water and then cook for their consumption.
