Nine computers for 411 students

NONGSTOIN: The students of Sibsing Memorial Govt Higher Secondary School, the only government higher secondary school in Nongstoin, are suffering from absence of basic infrastructural facilities namely computer.

There are 411 students studying computer as subject in this school, but the school has only nine computers. In practical classes four to five students have to share one computer.

Admitting this, the principal-in-charge of the school N.I Wanniang said the school management had made the students adjust with the available equipments to the best possible way.

Moreover, the school has only two computer teachers who are working against non-sanctioned posts.
