KOHIMA: The Nagaland unit of BJP took on the Naga Peoples Front-led Democratic Alliance of Nagaland Government over the extension of Disturbed Area Act (DAA) in the state, saying it was another ‘major setback’ FOR the Nagaland Government.

In a press statement, state BJP General Secretary (Admn) Yambos Murry alleged both the UPA at the Centre and the NPF in the state diluted confusions by enforcing the Draconian law in Nagaland. It alleged the state government’s failure in approach and ‘double standard policy’ of the UPA at the Centre declared Nagaland a disturbed area again.
