SHILLONG: The BSF, while reacting to a Shillong Times report, on Friday claimed that there was no movement of ultras in Hat Mawdon area of East khasi Hills and that the president of village defence party (VDP), Horal Skhemlon, denied speaking to the media on the matter.

Our Reporter adds: However, the VDP president had, in fact, spoken to the media on the issue and informed about the movement of ultras in the village.
