MPSC website launched

 SHILLONG: Much to the relief of people who, otherwise have to endure long queues to submit their application forms, the Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) has launched its website www.mpsc.nic.in to allow job aspirants to submit their application simply by clicking the mouse.

The MPSC, an autonomous body which conduct job examinations for recruitment in various departments of the State government, has launched this website to provide an easier option for job applicants to submit their application online.

According to MPSC officials, upon successful submission of the online application, a challan will generate for payment of the requisite examination fees at any branch of the State Bank of India within Meghalaya.

“In case the printout of the challan cannot be taken immediately, it can be done at a later stage by clicking on the ‘My Applications link” provided on the website,” the officials added.

The website also displays information on all posts advertised for by the MPSC, the officials informed.
