Discharge petitions of Lalu, Mishra dismissed

Patna: A special CBI court on Thursday dismissed the discharge petitions filed by former Bihar Chief Ministers Lalu Prasad and Dr Jagannath Mishra besides nine others in connection with fodder scam and directed them to appear before the court during the framing of charges on August 29.

Special Vigilance Judge Bijay Kumar Jain dismissed the discharge petition of Mr Prasad, Dr Mishra and others after hearing their arguments and that of the prosecution. (UNI)
