Guwahati: The Association of Real Estate and Infrastructure Developers Association (AREIDA), the apex body of builders in Assam and a leading Hindi daily Dainikpurvoday is organising the biggest ever Real Estate “Northeast Reality Expo, 2011” at the Maniram Dewan trade centre here.
The mega event comprises a flagship reality summit, exhibitiions and award ceremony besides high volage entertainment programmes, AREIDA persident P K Sarma told reporters here on Monday.
“State Bank of India, our home laon partner, is offering upto 50 percent concession on processing fee, on the spot home loan sanction, 0.25 concession in interest rates and finance upto 85 percent of the cost of the property”, he said. (PTI)
