SHILLONG: The Election Commission of India has issued directions for special summary revision of electoral roll with January 1, 2012 as qualifying date and draft electoral roll for 30-Mairang (ST) Assembly Constituency and 31-Mawthadraishan (ST) Assembly Constituency.
The same will be available for inspection at the office of Electoral Registration Officer/Assistant Electoral Registration Officer/Office of BDO Mairang and Mawthadraishan C&RD. The copy of the draft electoral roll will also be displayed at all respective (polling stations).
