SHILLONG: The Syngkhong Kyntiew Ri, an organisation of indigenous college and university teachers recently met NEHU Vice chancellor AN Rai regarding the proposed implementation of the semester system at the under graduate level.During the meeting, the SKR apprised the VC of its apprehension about the proposed introduction of the new system.
