SHILLONG:The Pre-Budget discussion relating to the formulation of the 12th Plan Proposals and the Annual Budget to be chaired by the Chief Minister, Dr Mukul Sangma will be held at the Multi Facility Centre, DRDA, DC Office Complex, Tura on February 14 at 10:30am.
