 Shillong: The East Khasi Hills district administration on Monday prohibited dumping of fly ash bags on the road side along the National Highway 44. According to an official notification, in exercise of the powers under Section 144 CrPC, the administration has prohibited dumping of fly ash bags along NH 44 from Mawlyngad to Mawryngkneng.
