Ri Bhoi Catholic centenary celebrations

 NONGPOH: The inaugural function of the Ri Bhoi Catholic Centenary opened with a year long celebration on Sunday at Umtyrkhang village.

Rev. Fr. John Madur, the Vicar General of Shillong Archdiocese was the main celebrant.

Rev. Fr. S. Sngi Lyngdoh who was born in this village was also present.

Other priests, sisters, government officials and thousands of faithful from Ri Bhoi and Shillong took part in the celebration.
