Cleaning drive on the highly-polluted Umiew River

Shillong : The Rilum Foundation, Smit in collaboration with students of St. Edmund’s College, Shillong, village authorities, women’s group and youth group from different localities of the area organised a cleaning drive on the highly-polluted Umiew River on Saturday. The cleaning drive is part of a ‘Save River Campaign’ launched by the Rilum Foundation.
