SHILLONG: The goons do not belong to any community or humanity and this was proved on Tuesday night when some unidentified miscreants did not even spare an ambulance which was carrying a woman patient from Nongstoin to Shillong.
Miscreants pelted stones at the ambulance (ML 05G 4162) at Krohbah under Mairang Civil sub division at around 9 pm.
The ambulance was partially damaged and the driver identified as Paul Nongsiej received minor injuries.
