 SHILONG: The ministry of road transport and highway, government of India has enacted the carriage by Road Act, 2007 and as per the rules, it is made mandatory for all persons who are engaged in booking, collecting and forwarding of goods, to register their firms or companies with the office of the secretary, state transport authority, Meghalaya.

All concerned should apply for the said certificate of registration.
