New Delhi: Former Barcelona player Josep ‘Pep’ Moratalla will conduct FC Barcelona Soccer Camp for young footballers for age group of 6–17 years from May 14-18 at Thyagraj Stadium in New Delhi and May 21-25 in Bangalore.

This is the second round of training camps conducted by FCBEscola, FC Barcelona’s grassroot soccer school, in association with Conscient Football. Moratalla had also conducted the camps earlier in Delhi NCR.

The training programme will be divided into three segments — introduction, pre-training and training for children. The five-day camp will blend practical training on the pitch and in the classroom with focus on technical, tactical and off-the-pitch tools necessary to succeed in football and in life.

The participants will be divided into groups of under 8, under 10, under 12, under 14 and under 17. The camp seats are limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis. KyaZoonga.com, India’s leading entertainment and sports ticketing company, will sell tickets for the FC Barcelona Soccer Camp. (Agencies)
