 SHILLONG: Kendriya Vidyalaya EAC Upper Shillong celebrated its Annual Function on Thursday at Meghalaya hall. The children of the school presented colourful programme on the occasion.Air Vice Marshal K.S Gill AVSM YSM VM was the chief guest.In his speech Gill praised the staff and Principal for their dedicated service .
