Union MoS to visit State today

SHILLONG: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Jitendra Singh, would be arriving in Shillong on Sunday on a one-day visit.

During his visit, Singh is expected to meet MPCC president DD Lapang at his official residence at 10 am.

Singh is also expected to visit the North East Police Academy (NEPA) and the Assam Rifles headquarter, a senior government official informed on Saturday.

The Union Minister would be returning back to Delhi on Monday morning.
