Meghalaya Day Award 2013

 Shillong: To commemorate Meghalaya Day 2013, the state government will confer the Tirot Singh Award for Arts and literature, Pa Togan N Sangma award for social services and Kiang Nangbah award for sports at the rate of Rs 50,000 to deserving individuals in recognition of outstanding achievements in their respective field.

Intending individuals from East Khasi Hills who desire their names to be recommended to the government for the award can send their nominations to the deputy commissioner, east Khasi Hills with citation latest by October 15.
