Pradip Joshi, resident of Upper Mawprem, passed away on Wednesday at 3 am. His funeral will take place on Thursday at the Jhalupara Electric Crematorium.
Bhupendra Kumar Bhattacharjee, a former resident of Shillong and ex- Joint Secretary, Assam Secretariat, passed away on Wednesday at Guwahati Medical College. He was associated with many national and regional newspapers including The Shillong Times through his writings.
Patilo Khongdup, mother of Lumshiyap Rangbah Shnong P Khongdup passed away at her residence at Pynursla on Wednesday. Her funeral will be held at the Presbyterian Church Cemetery at Pynursla on Friday at 2 pm.
