NONGSTOIN: With a view to improve the public amenities and public premises, the South West Khasi Hills District Administration in collaboration with the Citizen’s Forum of Mawkyrwat and the Sankur organized a cleaning drive of the Mawkyrwat Market under the banner of “Chief Minister’s Youth for Green Campaign” on Tuesday where Officers, NGOs, Students, shopkeepers and public took part. The Cleaning Drive was flagged off by the DC, South West Khasi Hills District A Mawlong IAS in presence of the Superintendent of Police, Mawkyrwat among others.
