Royal CC defeat Wahingdoh

SHILLONG: Royal CC defeated Wahingdoh SCC by 92 runs in a league match of the Super Division Shillong Cricket League 2012, organised by the Shillong Cricket Association, at Polo Grounds.

Royal CC won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored at nearly six an over and posted 231 for 8 in 40 overs.

Rajesh Tatti scored 62 and Robert Sangma scored 42 off just 18 balls, while Rikseng Sangma took 2-29.

In reply, Wahingdoh were bowled out for 139 in 33 overs.

Banpynshngain Dolloi scored 27 and Rikseng Sangma scored 27. Sunny Chettri took 4-37.

In the next match Riatsamthiah SCC will face TnT Sputnik CC at 9:00am.
