JOWAI: Jowai Police arrested one Wing Lyngdoh (29) of Umdienglieng, Iooksi village in connection with a rape case. Sources informed that Lyngdoh allegedly raped his ten-year-old daughter on December 23. Police arrested the father based on the complaint lodged by the victim’s relative. Police also informed that the father has admitted that he has committed the crime.
