SHILLONG: The National People’s Party (NPP) will release its Election Manifesto on Sunday at the NPP Headquarter, Lower Lachumiere. Former Leader of Opposition Conrad K Sangma will release the manifesto in the presence of NPP State president Dr WR Kharlukhi and other party members.
