NONGPOH: Former vice president of Umsning Assembly Youth Congress Committee, Ioanis Nongbet has extended his support to Umsning Constituency Independent Candidate, Donkupar Sumer.
Earlier, Sumer who is gearing for the Assembly poll also got the support from the UDP Umsning Sub Circle general secretary, Teibor Shadap.
