SHILLONG: The Congress has suffered a jolt in Shillong West Constituency with the joining of the leaders of the Jaiaw Langsning Youth Congress to the UDP.
The Langsning Youth Congress who have left the party includes its general secretary Hehkupar Marwein along with other office bearers Banshan Lyngdoh, Pynksan Kharbuli, Ronald Kharbuki and Batskhem Syngkli.
