Air Force Upper Shillong held free Medical Health Camp at Primary Health Centre Pomlum village on February 16. The medical camp was conducted free of any cost under the aegis of Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Local) AFWWA (L) and Primary Health Centre Pomlum. The medical camp was held to provide free medical facilities to the people living in and around Pomlum village located close to Eastern Air Command upper Shillong. Various medical facilities like free Dental check up, Eye and vision test and Ear, Nose and Throat checkup were provided. Besides these checkups, general medical examination were conducted for the local population. Medicines were provided free of cost by Air Force Wives Welfare Association. In just four hours of the free medical camp more than 80 people from Pomlum and nearby villages benefitted from the camp.
