TURA: Denying the recent press release that 850 National Peoples’ Party (NPP) members under the 49- Dadenggre LA constituency had resigned from the Party, the President of the Block NPP, Dadenggre said that the information is false and it was just an attempt to damage the party which is far ahead in the race. The Block NPP President said, besides the people who are already members of the NPP, a number of supporters of independent candidates and other party candidates are turning to NPP. “There are people six times over than the alleged 850 NPP quitters that are turning to support NPP which is being led by our very own veteran and experienced politician, PA Sangma” stated the Block NPP President.
