“The Education Cell of the Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) has extended its best wishes to the students appearing for various examinations conducted by the Board and University. The Union has also asked the police (traffic) to make necessary arrangements to ensure smooth flow of traffic during the examination hours.

l”The Seng Samla Mawlai Mawdatbaki has also extended its best wishes to the students who are appearing for various examinations. The Seng Samla urged the Meghalaya Energy Corporation Limited (MeECL) to ensure that there is no power cut, especially during the evening hours, during the examination period.

Foundation day

The Bhajanlal Kamakhyalal Bajoria School will celebrate the foundation day of the school on March 14 at 12 noon at the school’s auditorium. The 4th issue of the college magazine, Efflorescence will also be released on this day.

The North East Regional Institute of Education (NERIE), National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Umiam is organising a seminar on “Issues Concerns and Challenges in Implementing RMSA in NE region” from March 12 to 14 at its new campus in Umiam. Governor RS Mooshahary will inaugurate the seminar on March 12 at 3.30pm.
