SHILLONG: The fifth Babu Ondromoni Dkhar Memorial (Senior) and the eighth IP Das Memorial (Junior) Inter School Cricket Tournament, organised by the Shillong Cricket Association, will commence on Monday at the Cricket Grounds, Polo.
The tournament will be on a league-cum-knock-out basis. Nine schools are participating in the U-16s.
Group A – Shillong Jail Road Boys HS School, Ruprekha Parishad HS School , Queenie Secondary School, BK Bajoria HS School and St Nanak Secondary School.
Group B – The Shillong Secondary School, St Anthony’s HS School, St Xavier’s Secondary School and Laban Bengalee Boys HS School.
The opening matches in the junior category will see BK Bajoria face St Nanak and Queenie Secondary School take on Ruprekha Parishad.
