lA motorist and a pillion rider sustained injuries after they fell off the motorbike when it skidded on a turning at Rongdenggre under Dadenggre Block, West Garo Hills. The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based at Tura helped in shifting Mental B. Marak (24/M) and Cronosh B. Sangma (24/M) to Christian Mission Hospital. The incident happened at 5:49 P.M, while they were travelling towards Tura on April 1.
lHerman Lyngdoh (29/M) sustained injuries when the Mahindra Bolero he was driving hit the behind portion of a truck at 5th Mile, Upper Shillong on April 1 at 11:58 P.M. The accident was caused when the truck suddenly stop without any signal. The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based at Lawmali helped in shifting Herman Lyngdoh to Shillong Civil Hospital.
