 TURA: Women’s Economic Development Society (WEDS), Tura on Friday ogranized a Drugs & Alcoholism Awareness Programme for the School Students at the P.A.Sangma Foundation Higher Secondary School Hall, Tura.

The awareness programme was attended by over 200 students from different Schools of Tura.

Dr.(Mrs.) Bethel D. Marak, Tura Civil Hospital who was the resource person at the programme, enlightened the students on the dangers and menace of drugs and alcohol not only for their health but how it also negatively affects the people around them.
