A member of the Shillong City Bus Syndicate presents a memento to NEEPCO  CMD PC Pankaj during a function to inaugurate the concrete flooring of the  syndicate office at Mawlonghat in the city on Wednesday. The floor was  constructed under the CSR scheme of NEEPCO at a cost of Rs 10 lakh.
