lPolice arrested one Imtias Ali (27) in connection with a theft case under Rynjah PS (EKH).
lOn June 28 night, Police intercepted one Tata Sumo vehicle at Nangalbibra (SGH) and recovered / seized gelatin sticks and detonators. Police arrested one.
Fraud
One Shaniah Kyndiah lodged a complaint that on June 25, one Sngap Mukhim took his Maruti car (ML-05C-8933) from his residence at Kremmyrsiang (WJH) to Ladrymbai (EJH) where he sold the vehicle for Rs. 12,000. On June 27, the vehicle was recovered from Ladrymbai and Police arrested the accused.
Assault
One minor girl (7) of Marngar village (RB), was sexually assaulted and exploited one year ago, while she was engaged as a domestic help in the house of Nirmala Syiem and Command Nongsiej at PTS Quarters, Mawroh.
Driver found dead
Regarding the missing of one Maruti Swift D’zire car (ML-05J-8343) along with its driver, Samuel Mawlong, further report received indicated that the dead body of the driver was recovered from Lumshnong (EJH).
Rape attempt
lOn June 27 at around 11 am, one Phlolin Lapang (40) attempted to rape a woman at Bilahari, Patharkhmah (RB).
lOn June 27, Stingshon Kharkrang lodged a complaint that one Triboy Nongphlang attempted to rape his (complainant) minor daughter, (12) at Umpdem village (WKH).
Kidnap
lOne M. Sangma lodged a complaint that on June 26 at around 2:30 pm, one Nikseng D Sangma kidnapped her daughter (17). Police arrested the accused.
lOne Bentila Nongtraw lodged a complaint that on June 24 at around 10 am, her husband, Vaveen Prakash of Bangalore came to her residence at Nongrim Road, Laitumkhrah and took away her one and half year old daughter.
Theft
lOne Dolmas Sangma lodged a complaint that on June 26 at around 11:30 pm, one Premen Marak and his accomplices went to his house at Omorpur (NGH) and looted Rs. 2 lakh. They also assaulted Bukar Marak and Jetking K Sangma.
lOn June 26 at around 6:30 pm, unknown miscreants stole one lap top computer from a vehicle (ML-04B-2523) belonging to Ricky Suting which was parked at MUDA Parking Lot, Police Bazar.
lOn June 25, Pius Momin, the Secretary of Omorpur village (NGH), lodged a complaint that three persons, Dolmas Sangma, Bukar Marak and Jetking Sangma have been involved in several cases of dacoity.
Murder
On June 26 at around 11:30 am, the body of one Brin Khaii was recovered from Pynlyngkein-Iapmala (EJH). The deceased is suspected to have been murdered by unknown miscreants.
