Rupak Kumar Rabha, son of Kelek Ch Rabha has been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Linguistics by NEHU for his thesis on ‘Language shift and language maintenance among the Rabhas of Meghalaya’ under the supervision of Prof Juanita War.
