New Delhi: Indian Grand Prix organisers on Saturday launched the three-day and race day tickets, with the cheapest Sunday ticket priced at Rs 1,500. The cheapest three-day ticket will cost Rs 2,000.
Race promoters Jaypee Sports International are aiming for a bigger crowd than the 2012 edition where the turnout dropped to 60,000 from the 95,000 seen in the inaugural edition.
The seats closer to the start-finish line come at Rs 21,000 for three days and Rs 12,000 for Sunday. The tickets for the upper tier of the grandstand cost Rs 15,000 (three days) and Rs 10,000 (Sunday) for the October 25-27 Formula One race. (IANS)
