Lanong stand on ANVC truce

 SHILLONG: The UDP leader Bindo Lanong on Tuesday made it clear that neither he nor the party was against the peace settlement with ANVC resulting in strengthening of GHADC. To allay the apprehensions, Lanong, while welcoming the peace pact with ANVC, said that he wished similar powers of GHADC should also be extended to KHADC and JHADC.
