SHILLONG: Meghalaya bagged three Skoch awards in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for best practices for smart governance at a function held in the New Delhi recently.

The award, constituted by Skoch group, a Gurgaon-based think tank dealing with socio economic issues with a focus on inclusive growth, was received by DIPR Minister AL Hek for the Meghalaya Integrated Information system, e-payment system of Taxation department and integrated financial management of the National Information Centre, Meghalaya.
