SHILLONG: In opposition to the Government’s stand on the implementation of the ILP and the neglect shown to the teachers of the State, the KHNAM has decided to hold a hunger strike on the State Central Library premises in the city on September 9 from 10 am to 4 pm, party general secretary Batkupar Wahlang said in a statement here on Friday.
