SHILLONG: The office of the district sports officer, in collaboration with the Association of West Jaintia Hills and East Jaintia Hills, will organise an Inter School Sports Tournament for both boys and girls in handball, kho-kho, volleyball, kabaddi and badminton.
Schools are requested to collect the entry forms from the office of the district sports officer of West and East Jaintia Hills or from the secretary of Amlarem, Laskein, Thadlaskein, Khliehriat and Saipung sports associations.
The last date for submission of entry forms is September 30.
The tournament for Amlarem Block will be held from October 1-5, for Laskein Block from October 7-11, Thadlaskein Block from October 14-19, Saipung Block from October 21-23 and Khliehriat Block from October 24-26.
The district level tournament for East Jaintia Hills will be held on October 28-31.
