SHILLONG: The ten pressure groups demanding implementation of ILP system have decided to change the timing of the night road blockade scheduled for Thursday and Friday.
The night road blockade now would be effective from 9 pm to 5 am.
“We have taken this decision following requests from various church bodies,” FKJGP chief organiser Marbud Dkhar said here on Wednesday. He urged Government employees to abstain from attending offices during the two- day office picketing on Thursday and Friday and added that “We will not take any responsibility if anything happens to those Government employees who decide to attend offices on those two days.”
