Nizamabad (AP): Two undertrial prisoners died while undergoing treatment at a government hospital here today, police said. Sahilu (28) and Bhaskar (30), both lodged in district jail here, had been undergoing treatment at the hospital, a police official said, adding that a report on the cause for their death was still awaited.

Sahilu, an accused in an attempt to murder case of 2011, was lodged in the jail since May this year, while Bhaskar, an accused in a cheating case of 2007, was lodged in the jail on October 1, a senior police official said.
