NSS camp concludes

SHILLONG: The NSS unit of Shillong College concluded its seven-day special camping programme on October 17 at Nongtyngur Village in East Khasi Hills.

Various activities including a free medical-cum-eye check-up camp. While the medical camp was organized in collaboration with the district medical and health office of East Khasi Hills and sponsored by Forest Minister Prestone Tynsong, Bansara Eye Care, Laitumkhrah organized the eye check-up camp. An awareness programme on RTI and cleaning drive-cum-water conservation was also organised.
