The first alumni meet of the Shillong Polytechnic will be held on October 25 from 2 pm as part of the golden jubilee celebration.
Seminar
The Department of Social Work, Women’s College, will organize a two-day National Seminar on ‘Child Advocacy: A Collective Call to Action’ on October 25 and 26 at 10 am in the college premise.
Training
A national-level teacher training workshop ‘Our Culture Diversity’ is currently on in the city. The ten-day workshop is being organised by the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training, New Delhi.

Dainty Buds School will organise Parent’s Day celebration on October 26 at 10.30 am at DKDM Hall, Bishnupur. Deputy Speaker Sanbor Shullai will be the chief guest.
