SHILLONG: The Khyrim Syiemship Dorbar has sought the cooperation of the pro-ILP NGOs in view of the Nongkrem Dance (Shad Pomblang) which is scheduled to be held from November 9 to 16. “The traditional practice and rituals for the Nongkrem Dance have already started for the past three months,” the Khyrim Syiemship Dorbar said in a statement issued here on Friday. The Dorbar also urged that the people to witness the festival on November 13 and 14.
