SHILLONG: Two minor boys escaped from the Juvenile Home in Shillong on Tuesday morning. According to police, it was at around 3.50 am that two minor boys, one aged 17 and another 16, who were earlier arrested in connection a criminal case, fled from the Juvenile Home.
